My Mega Fans (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an online service that enables content creators (“Creators”) to publish, share, and monetize digital content through subscriptions, tips, and other platform features.
My Mega Fans acts as a hosting and technology platform for user-generated content. We do not create, own, or pre-approve all content published by users.
2. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction;
- you are legally able to enter into binding agreements;
- you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We may require identity or age verification at any time.
3. User Accounts
You agree to:

- and make available your content solely for operating and improving the Platform.
This license ends when content is permanently removed, except where required by law.
4.3 Creator Warranties
You confirm that:
- you own or have rights to all content you upload;
- your content does not infringe any third-party rights;
- your content complies with applicable laws.
5. Content Responsibility
My Mega Fans does not pre-screen user content.
Creators are solely responsible for all content they publish.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
We are not responsible for:
- payment failures;
- banking delays;
- third-party system errors.
We may:
- hold funds in case of fraud, disputes, or violations;
- process chargebacks;
- restrict payments when necessary.
7. Moderation and Platform Rights
We reserve the right to:
- review content and accounts;
- remove or restrict content;
- suspend or terminate accounts;
- freeze balances or payouts;
- take action in case of violations.
8. Account Termination
