1. Purpose
This agreement governs the relationship between My Mega Fans and Creators.
2. Platform Role
We are a technology platform and not an employer or agent.
3. Creator Responsibility
Creators are fully responsible for:
- content legality;
- rights ownership;
- compliance with laws.
4. Fees
We may charge a commission on Creator earnings.
5. Payments
Payments are processed via third parties.
6. Payouts
We may delay or withhold payouts for:
- fraud investigation;
- chargebacks;
- policy violations;
- compliance checks.
7. Taxes
Creators are responsible for their own taxes.
8. Prohibited Actions
Creators may not:
- commit fraud;
- bypass payments;
- distribute illegal content.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Creator accounts at any time for violations or risk.
10. Liability
We are not responsible for Creator earnings, losses, or user behavior.
11. Changes
This agreement may be updated at any time.
